Tortugas town bar will welcome dogs in costume at the Halloween party

A Worcester bar is encouraging people and their dogs to dress up for a Halloween party.

Tortugas in Friar Street is having a Halloween party with a Caribbean buffet on Sunday, October 30.

And unlike most parties, four-legged friends will be welcome, especially if they’re dressed for the occasion.

Owner Connor Mazzocchi said well-behaved dogs are generally welcome in the bar, which is separate from the main restaurant, so it made sense to include them in Tortugas’ Halloween plans.

Entry to the party, which runs in conjunction with Aztec Rum, costs £15 at the door and includes free shots on arrival plus a hot buffet with goat curry and other Caribbean treats.
