Ayu Dayclub, Zouk Nightclub and Fuhu anchor the vibrant nightlife district of the Zouk Group on the southeast side of Resorts World. But if you do the night right, it should start at RedTail, Zouk’s pre-game playground designed to get the party going.
A “fully integrated social gaming bar,” RedTail spans just over 6,000 square feet, enticing patrons with a plethora of colorful entertainment and retro art options. Sports fans feel right at home with on-site sports betting and enough TVs to catch the action from any angle.

“[But] we wanted to be a more fun environment than a typical bookmaker, ”said Michael Waltman, Zouk Group Executive Director of Operations.
This is why arcade basketball, giant Jenga, life-size table tennis, beer pong and other games dominate the space. It’s an inclusive experience with a variety of activities, but maybe best of all is people-watching.
“People will come to enjoy RedTail without intending to go to Zouk [Nightclub]but watching all this activity for them is a great night, ”says Waltman.
The gourmet pub-based menu is also a draw, with a selection focused on wings and burgers curated by the company’s executive chef, Joseph Elevado, formerly of Andrea’s at Encore and Social House. It also includes vegan options as well as over 10 specialty cocktails and over 20 beers brewed by Zouk’s beverage team.
Waltman says college-aged adults appreciate RedTail as much as those in their 40s and 50s, and it’s no accident. Zouk’s other offerings nearby serve as a revolving door, bouncing guests from location to location, experience to experience. “It was part of the master plan,” he says.
The music lineup also runs through, he says, as the crowd-warming DJs for Zedd and Tiësto turn to RedTail “because they’re guys who get the piece. From night to night you might have a different audience, [and] for us it is very important that we do not just keep the same. The venue should be flexible, depending on who is in town.
Staying on top of trends, Waltman says visitors who returned to Las Vegas before the nightclubs fully reopened were looking to create their own experience within their group. That’s why RedTail offers three private karaoke rooms, where customers can sing their favorites from a selection of over 40,000 songs. The sliding air walls also allow opening into a large room that can accommodate up to 30 people.
At this rate, RedTail could become your meeting point in Vegas where you can start and end.
RED TAIL Monday and Thursday, 4 p.m. to midnight; Friday, noon-midnight; Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. to midnight. Resorts World, 702-676-7000.
